semar500 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between semar500 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Member", "your") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services available athttps://semar500.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or related digital properties operated by semar500.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the semar500 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

semar500 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the semar500 website, mobile interface, and all services available at https://semar500.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access semar500 services.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a Member's account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable and clearly labelled), and any winings.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Member, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by semar500 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions set out in applicable promotion-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by semar500 before a Member may withdraw funds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which semar500 accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and from which access to semar500 is restricted.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on semar500, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not residing in, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from semar500 or any related platform;
• You do not hold more than one registered account on the semar500 platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of semar500 or its business partners;
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate personal sources and do not represent proceeds of crime.

semar500 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. semar500 reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion without providing a reason.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the semar500 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by semar500 for compliance purposes, Members will be required to complete identity verification. Required documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registered name matching account name);
• Proof of address documentation where applicable.

KYC verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of the platform. Verified accounts are not subject to repeated KYC unless specific risk indicators arise. semar500 does not share KYC documentation with third parties except as required by law or our licensing obligations.

All transactions on semar500 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and account verification level, as published in the platform's banking section.

Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited within minutes. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require one (1) blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes. semar500 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network congestion outside our control.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the platform banking section. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. semar500 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Members must not use the semar500 platform as a financial intermediary or payment processing mechanism. Any deposits made and returned via withdrawal without substantive gameplay activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

semar500 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all semar500 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified, and eligible Members only. Bonuses may be restricted to new Members, specific jurisdictions, or specific deposit methods at semar500's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion terms) before withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requiresRM1,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus is released.
• Maximum Bet Cap: When using active bonus funds, a maximum bet per round applies (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500, as stated in the specific promotion terms). Exceding this limit may result in bonus cancellation without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. A full game contribution table is available within the platform.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds expire within the period stated in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from isuance). Expired bonuses and associated uncleared wagering requirements are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Members may not claim the same welcome bonus, deposit match, or sign-up offer more than once. Attempting to do so via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonus types carry a maximum withdrawable amount on bonus-derived winings. This limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms and applies only to bonus-derived winnings, not to the Member's real money balance.

semar500 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or technical error affecting the integrity of the offer.

All casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and other wagering activities on semar500 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, as displayed within the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on sporting events including the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets are subject to semar500's sports betting rules. Pre-match odds may change before a bet is accepted. In-play bets are accepted subject to live availability. semar500 reserves the right to void or suspend any market in the event of irregular activity, data feed errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Casino Games: All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections caused by the Member's internet connection — that do not result in a confirmed outcome may result in bet cancellation and stake refund.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per game and per session are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by account verification level and bonus status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the semar500 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus outcomes;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation mistakes for financial gain — any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool;
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payment reversals;
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the integrity of the platform, its users, or its staff.

All content on the semar500 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, software, code, graphics, game assets, text, databases, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of semar500 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any platform content or functionality.

Unauthorised use of semar500's intellectual property — including reproduction of the brand name "semar500", the platform's visual identity, or any game content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

semar500 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Members. The platform offers tools that allow Members to maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via the Member's account settings or by contacting live support.

Self-Exclusion: Any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion by contacting semar500's support team. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified by the Member (minimum 30 days). Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account during the exclusion period constitutes a violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, semar500, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or economic loss, even if semar500 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

semar500 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime, natural disasters, and regulatory interventions) may result in temporary unavailability. semar500 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

Where semar500's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date the relevant claim arose.

semar500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• semar500 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• The Member's account is involved in a chargeback dispute;
• The Member has been identified as accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• The Member requests voluntary closure under the self-exclusion policy;
• semar500 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigation outcomes) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, semar500 may withold the balance pending investigation.

semar500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Member — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via your registered email address or an in-platform notification banner.

Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, formatting adjustments, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent version.

Your continued use of the semar500 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which semar500 holds its operating licence, without reference to that jurisdiction's conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and semar500 relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through semar500's internal complaint resolution process. Members may submit a formal complaint to our support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within ten (10) business days.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism available under semar500's licensing framework. The decision of the appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
